Oh don't get me wrong . I misspoke when I said
B&H would not exchange it I'm sure they would . I meant to say this is on
item they will not refund . For some reason all the calibration hardware is not
refundable . I love B&H I have been doing business with them for years with
no problem at all . The spyder may be defective
I will find out when I call teck support at
Data Color. Has anyone had any success with the spyder pro 3
