But that's not an issue for most users since the standard targets print directly from our application just fine; it's only if you want to print CD/DVD targets, snapshot printer target, or specially grouped targets for wide format printers that you would need this option, and I'm not sure how well it works with custom sizes, though it prints to standard sizes reasonably well, though not with much of a preview...
