A profile reflects a printer, its paper, inks, and media setting; but also the driver, the application, and OS that are used. Assuming you are using reasonable inks and paper at an appropriate media setting, then the likely suspects here are the driver, the application, and the OS (and the interaction of the three). I'll guess, since you are having this issue, that its Mac, not Windows (the current spate of problems are based on changes Apple made to how color management works) but I can't guess what version of OS X, or what application, or version of that application, or what driver version. All of those can effect the necessary "plumbing" for color management. More info will be needed.

So its not a simple question of whether our product works, its whether all the factors are in place to print a target without unintended color conversions, and to correctly apply the resulting profile, again without other, unintended, color conversions. Its frustrating to see what has always been the best platform for color managed printing have such difficulties, but we are doing out best to work around them...
