I try to make a profile for a paper, but when I read the patches with the instrument i get wrong values on white and bright light patches, it's reading them as light blue. I have checked earlier profiles i have make, and they are ok. I have also tried to read from blank papers of different kind, but with the same result. Is there anybody that got an idea what has happened. I'm have a mac computer with mountain lion and the latest software for spyderprint.

First, clean your white tile thoroughly, but not with a cloth thats been washed and has artificial brighteners in it! Then recalibrate to it, and see if the issue goes away. If not, contact support at datacolor.com.
