Calibrating with Intel's built-in graphics

Hi,

I am going to build a new PC around Intel's i5-3570K chip and an Asus P8Z77
mother board. If I use the I5's on-board graphics can I still calibrate my
monitor with Spyder4 Elite or do I need a graphics card with a look up
table?
