Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hi,

First up, apologies if this question has been asked (and answered) a million times before, but neither the search here or Google is getting me anything useful.

I have a Spyder 2 Express unit and software installed on my PC and it works perfectly, I've set a nice long period, done a calibration, and it applies the colour profile every time I boot without issue.

Using the same unit with the Spyder 3 Express software (4.0.7, updated it yesterday to see if it would help) on my early 2012 Mac Book Air, it calibrates just fine and even applies the calibration, but the Spyder Utility goes straight to red whenever I restart and stays that way (implying it thinks I need to recalibrate).

So, keep just living with it, or is there a solution?
