Their software isn't working with Yosemite right now because of JavaScript issues. I haven't been able to solve the problem and apparently they can't either at The moment. I would like to just switch over to data color but I don't want to buy another colorimeter. I gave data color the information they requested no answer. Has anyone out there been able to buy the software separately?
I'll look into this - I'm not aware of any Javascript issues with Spyder4 software.
Which version are you trying to install - have you downloaded the -LATEST- version
from the Datacolor web site? (You should always use the latest installer, instead
of what's on any CD in the package, as that version could be much older)
