This may have not been clear enough, so append this: In PrintFIX PRO you can build a new version of your profile at any time, with any slider settings, by going to the same window where you measure the patches, and choose the "open existing measurement file" section at the bottom of the page, and choosing the same measurement set you used to build the profile in the first place.

Your slider settings are not (currently) being saved to the measurement header, so simply reopening the measurement file and rebuilding will get you a "null" (no slider) profile. Even when we wire the header data to be used when reopening, it will just move the sliders for you; you'll be free to move them back, or anywhere else.
