I found a small sampel pack or Enhanced Matte paper.

How can I tell which sid is up?

...Kinda funny but I really don't know.

Hi,
In daylight or blue light it is the whitest side.  Another way that 
works for almost all paper is to lightly wet thumb and finger and grip 
the corner of the paper.  The sticky side is the print on side.
