Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Just wondered if you know the answer to this one. If you have a full
retail copy of the Spyder2 Pro software, can you use it with the
SpyderTV sensor? I know you can buy an upgrade for this package (like
the Spyder2 Express) to give you the pro functionality) so I wondered
if you already have the software, would it work?

Basically I need to replace a broken Spyder2 Pro and I'm just
wondering if I can buy the SpyderTV, use it with my existing Spyder2
Pro software, and gain some additional functionality (I can colour
calibrate my TV).

We have always been told that the hardware is the same.  Thus why we keep asking if there is a software only deal so we can get the home theater capabilities
