You might be trying to do the impossible. To be sure, include a color checker in your photo of the artwork.
If your profile prints the color checker correctly and the artwork hues are still off, you'll know that your profile is correct and the hues are not reproduceable by the inkjet process. Sometimes the numbers are simply not there.

I will try including a MacBeth color checker in the image, but I know
the colors are reproducible because I can do a localized color
correction of the problem hue and get a very very close match to the
soft proof on the monitor screen. So I know the color can be
reproduced more accurately, the profile is failing to do this.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
