Recalibration Notification

Recalibration Notification

2008-04-22 by a1ncsky2

I have a SpyderExpress with 2.2 software. The calibration process on
my monitors (LCD) went fine. Am very happy. I use Windows XP.

However, after two weeks, on Startup, I get a dialog box that tells me
that it's been more than two weeks, etc. and I have to click OK to
continue the startup and loading the LUT.

I don't need to calibrate that often.

How do I turn off that nuisance notification box?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Pat

Hi Pat,

Open SE and click on GO, click on preferences, and then set the time
you wish as the interval between notices on recalibration warning (you
can also select "never").

Go to the application's preferences, in the application's menu, and you'll find an option to set the reminder frequency, including a choice of "never"...

Thanks for both replies to this note. I should have looked closer.
When I opened up SE my attention was directed to the central box which
begins the profiling. Didn't even notice the menu item in the upper left.

Thanks again,
Pat
