Spyder3 TV upgrade question

Spyder3 TV upgrade question

I have a question regarding who is eligible for the upgrade. I do not
currently own a Spyder device but I do own PrintFix Pro. I received
the email about the upgrade and when I tried to purchase Spyder3 TV
from the email link and entered the PrintFix Pro serial number, it did
not work.

My question is: am I eligible for the upgrade? Thanks.

The serial number it was looking for was a Spyder serial number. I suspect that they would be willing to honor your 'existing customer' status, but you would need to call to find out, as the web page was set up specifically for Spyder serial numbers.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
