You're talking about Spyder3Print 3.5 public beta?

Used the Advanced workflow (it's the equivalent of
the "normal", or "full", way of doing things in
the older versions).

In the 3.5 "public beta" version: on the first screen that
you're shown when you launch Spyder3Print... the "Welcome"
screen... there are a series of radio button choices for
the workflow.

"Advanced" is all the way on the bottom.

as bit dept. Thanks
Ron
I guess I need a picture as they say a picture is worth a thousand
words.

You select the bit depth for the profile on the "Build" screen,
which also has the Basic and Advanced sliders for adjusting
the profile during the building process, etc.

Hi David
Thanks for your help. If it had been a snake it would have "bit" me.
I do have another request and that is how do I get the larger patch
window. I recently had to reformat my main disk and then reload all
my programs I know that there is a simple way to do this I just
forgot how.

Same answer: use the Advanced Workflow, and choose the target you want when you get to that screen.

When I click on larger screen, what I get is a screen about 4 inches
wide I can't read the letters or numbers.
