If anyone is at their computer today (sadly, I am, such a beautiful day)

Please, if you can, tell me why I cannot "always" use stroke or the adjustment for outlining an image.  For instance, it is not available to me, in Tiff.

Unlock the background layer. (Double click on the BG layer to unlock)

Unlock Background layer by double clicking the BG layer in the layer's palette.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
