Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hi all, I 'm new to Spyder3Print and print profile.
I profiled my Epson R1900 with Spyder3Print with 255 patches target...but when print an image it have green cast.

Could you please help me??

Carlo,

You and I are already jointly looking into this problem through personal
email. You're not going to get much better help anywhere than that! :-)
There's no point in testing this out in more than one place.

(Carlo is using an Epson R1900 with the latest Epson driver under
Snow Leopard, so one possibility is that there are issues with printing
the targets and then subsequently using the profiles under Snow Leopard.
Another possibility is that the "green" cast is not actually green; it
may be measurably neutral, and that's one thing Carlo will be doing for
me: printing some grays through the profile and reporting what his Lab
measurements for those grays are. And yet another possibility is that
he had clogs in his nozzles, either before or after printing the target,
and the change in ink delivery would be responsible for a shift in
color balance)
