As far as I know, the voice selection is not saved anywhere. Your best bet (probably) is to load the file into a sequencer (Cubase or similar) on your computer and insert a 'Bank Select' and 'Program Change' message at the start of the song. The disklavier should respond to that when you play the file. If it's a Yamaha MusicSoft file, the file might be protected, but you may be able to record it as a MIDI file in real-time on your sequencer.
