Sometimes my Disklavier E3 has problem connecting to the internet for Diskavier Radio/TV the first time around. The control display would say "connection failed" or something like that the first time around. The error code is (2012). If I keep trying a few times, then the internet connection would be successful. Once it connects, I can disconnect and re-connect without problems (to go back and forth from other non-internet sources such as Memory, CD, USB and the internet for Disklavier Radio).
If I turn off the control unit and then on again, and try to connect to the internet right away (as soon as the booting process is complete), the same thing might happen again. I also noticed that after booting up the control unit, if I wait a while before trying to connect to the internet, I was more likely to succeed the first time around. The Disklavier has the latest software version 3.52.
Does anybody have similar experiences? Thanks.
