Disklavier

I actually wrote that back in '91 when Disklaviers had that 
big "wagon", and haven't updated it since about 1995. Back then, 
Disklaviers only took 720K DD disks and couldn't record in MIDI 
format, so this solved a problem.

I should probably either update it or take the link down! I have a 
few days off this month; maybe I'll sit down and update it.

There's a good commercial solution out there from Geibler.
