I had a Yamaha technician tune my piano and work on my Mark IV computer, which had ceased to function. The PRC wouldn't connect with the computer, and nothing worked. After following all the instructions he had, calling a technician friend, and finally calling Yamaha, it was determined the computer was faulty. He shipped it back to Yamaha where he said they would try to "image" what was on it. If that was successful, all it would cost would be $20 or so for shipping. If it was not successful, it would cost approximately 4500 to replace the computer. Question: Anyone have any idea what the chances are they will be successful in "imaging" the hard drive? > > >Shelley > >
