I had a similar problem with a previous Disklavier I owned which was a Mark 3. If you pull out the action there was a cable on the right hand side which was damaged and was causing intermittent problems. If you can't see red under the keys you can record or fully calibrate the piano. Yamaha sent me a complete new board and cable and I had no issues after that.
