If they are anything like the Yamaha headphones that came with my MarkIIXG disklavier, then yes. I think the Yamaha ones are awful, especially when compared to $25 Sennheisers, let alone decent ones
I have a pair of these HD201 and the "improved" HD202. I much prefer the HD201 - the bass is headpounding on the HD202!
