Disklavier

I don't have the clicking on my E3 but I had it on my Mark III. It's not a good thing.
Can someone answer us on this? Hopefully I won't have this problem again now that I have the E3.
I have a floppy disk drive with the E3 since I had some old floppies and it started making a vibrating noise. I pushed it up and it stopped. Maybe it needs a screw tightened. Thoughts on that appreciated as well.

On my E3, when the Disklavier is playing, I can hear a small clicking sound that seems to be coincident with the release of the soft pedal (the left most pedal that shifts the entire keyboard when pressed). When the Disklavier is not playing, however, I try to reproduce the sound by pressing and releasing the soft pedal itself, but when doing so, I hear no such clicking sound. 
The solenoid that actuates the soft pedal is in the box right above the pedals. I also try to hear if it is the source of the clicking sound, but it seems pretty quiet when it pushes the rod up and down.  I am confused as to where the clicking sound could come from.
I also notice that when I turn the Disklavier off, there are a few clicking sounds coming from the electronic boxes underneath the piano.  I assume this sound is normal because I hear this clicking sound from day one.  I suspect that it is not the same sound that could be associated with the soft pedal described above.
I wonder if anybody hears the same sounds that I am hearing when the soft pedal is released and when powering off the Disklavier. My E3 is only a year old. Thanks.
