Using line 6 midi mobilizer to play on disklavier

Hi All
Ive just recently bought a 2nd hand disklavier with a "Yamaha piano player control unit ppc 5r "
Would I be able to connect a line 6 midi mobilizer and my I phone to play midi files to the disklavier ?
