Re: playing along with Pianosoft plus audio

2015-07-07 by George Frederick Litterst

Good morning, everyone.

You can use the Left and Right part cancel buttons on the DKC-850 remote to cancel the playback of the piano track(s). In most cases, the left and right hands were not separated on the PianoSoftPlusAudio CDs, so all you have to do is cancel the Left part (which is the MIDI data on channel 1).

Hi everyone ! I have a cd "Pianosoft plus audio "of Schubert trout Quintet. I have a disklavier MPX1 with the DKC-850 installed . My question : is there a way to mute the piano part so I can play that part along with the recorded strings (audio speakers). The only way i see is to just play the cd on my audio system and play along but then I have to mute the left channel which contains the data ... is there a way to play that cd in the DKC-850 and disabling the midi to piano stream ...?
