Disklavier

We have a DGH1BII with a DKC100R control unit that we recently had moved to our new house.  The petal unit was disconnected by the movers and re-assembled, but now we are getting the "Piano Power Off" (THERMOSTAT) message at power up on the control unit.  Prior to the move, the piano played perfectly.  How can I clear this message or reinitialize the piano?  I would like to attempt a few procedures or adjustments before I have to make arrangements for a service technician's visit.  Thanks in advance.
