Disklavier

Hello,
       Thank you to Todd for providing this group.  I am considering purchasing a 5-6 year old MX100B (U1 model).  There is no sound module for orchestration.  I believe it has been well maintained.  I would greatly appreciate any opinions on what a fair price range for such an instrument would be.  I was recently told by a dealer that a brand new U1 with Disklavier would be around 11-12k.  I would also appreciate any comments on problems I may encounter due to the age of the unit (compatibility, etc.).  Thank you in advance.
