Disconnect your MIDI cables from the wagon. Can you record and playback using a floppy in the wagon?

I am new to this forum but got my Grand Wagon Disklavier working with an iphone 5s/Sweet MIDI and the Quicco sound mi.2. 

I am running in to an issue where every note is played as hard as possible by the piano.

I don't know if this is a source file (the MIDI file) or and issue with the software.

Any ideas?
