Hi guys,
Bill - thank you for the information - will try to use it on weekend.
Gorge - Thank you! I really forgot about that! That might be one of the "issue" which is not the issue actually. Will double check that!
Appreciate, guys!

Subject: Re: [disklavier] Sustain pedal too "heavy" on release and how to calibrate it
Dmitry,I will send you instructions directly to your email address.BillLove God. Love People. Make a difference.Hi guys,Sorry for asking so many questions during last period - still trying to get used to the new piano.Just wondering if the sustain pedal should/can produce reasonably heavy boom on release falling down on the strings (or maybe also on the frame?). I just don't remember I pointed the same with other pianos I tested before. Even the technician said it is a bit loud but this happens on some pianos and it is within the normal range but would really want to try to make it softer as my wife in the next room can feel that sound (or vibration of the floor) on release. Also is it possible to try to calibrate the pedal myself (I believe I cannot make it worse that it is now :) )? Is that just that Service application on the PRC (I didn't run it as don't know what it will do straight after the launch). I might miss that in the documentations but searched twice and didn't find a way to do it.Thank you,Dmitry
