The tracks already come with a MIDI file. You can just use MID2ESEQ.EXE from the dkvutils package on Carol's site (http://www.midiplayertools.com/musicsoftware.htm) to convert to ESEQ, then use ESEQ Explorer to create the PIANODIR.FIL.
