Volume is often referred to as velocity. For MIDI files, this number is between 0 and 128. You do not want the DKV to play the piano at velocities of over 100 for long periods of time. Change the velocity of the track the piano plays to a number between 60 and 80. The piano keys play whatever data is one channel 1 or channel 2.
