I just discovered that my Mark III original controller won't record. It makes a new file that doesn't play except for the sustain pedal which moves while the piano plays nothing.
 
(Of course this had to happen when my granddaughter wanted to critique herself as she practices for an important recital.)
 
Previously recorded floppies, CDs and on board digital disks play as expected.
 
I was about to do a factory reset, but, decided to query this amazing group if they have any suggestions before I do anything else.
