Keys not striking properly

It could be a regulation problem.  Ask your piano tech to check for regulation... 
If your piano has silent feature,  then it could be an issue with the silent rail.  Its hard to say without visual inspection..  Thats why please ask your piano technician...

I have two keys on my disklavier that are not striking the strings correctly. Most of the time they just make no sound when struck like  it's not hitting the string, but occasionally still work correctly. Is there something I can adjust myself? Can someone tell me what I should look for and if I can fix it easily?  This is on an upright MX-100A.  Thanks for your advice.
