In addition to Todds reply:
You don't have to have access to your old email
address. Just fill the old email address in as a return address in your email
client, and send an unsubscribe message. After that, just change the return
address in your email client to your new email address and you're on your way.
It doesn't matter from what server or service you are actually
mailing.
