I can confirm that VirtualPRC works if you download the prc100.jar file to your PC and run the java command line above. I use OpenJDK and didn't have any issues running VirtualPRC, but need to update some path that isn't being set. Doesn't appear to affect the operation.

java -cp prc100.jar gui.prc100 -h=192.168.1.100 -p=3191 webremote -w=31910

error is ==> "\proc\deviceinfor\locale (The system cannot find the path specified)"

OpenJDK being used (java -version)

openjdk version "1.8.0_212"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (AdoptOpenJDK)(build 1.8.0_212-b04)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (AdoptOpenJDK)(build 25.212-b04, mixed mode)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
