Glen, a possibility to consider would be to use Cakewalk's SONIC.  You 
would first convert the CD part to wave format and load it into an audio 
track in SONIC.  Then, while playing and listening to the audio track in 
SONIC, you would record your playing from the MIDI output of the DKV to 
another SONIC track.  When you reproduce the two tracks from SONIC, the 
piano portion will lag by 500 msecs, so you will need to offset one of 
the tracks appropriately in order to synchronize the playback.

I haven't tried this scheme, so you will want to check it out before 
investing in it.
