Disklavier

Hello,
I recently purchase a DGC1A, with a MARK III player system 
(CD/FLOPPY). I am interested in downloading midi files to play on the 
piano (Speficially, sing-along type songs). As a novice to this 
group, are there instructions posted somewhere to show me how to play 
them on the Mark III CD drive, if I burn the midi files to a CD? What 
other formatting will I need to do to play a MIDI file on the piano 
if I decide to use the floppy disk instead. Also where can I find the 
specific content I am looking for?
