Well guys, I finally took the plunge and bought myself an MPX1Z mark II XG
upright and took delivery of it today. Absolutely fantastic, apart from a
few teething problems...

Yamaha have changed the design of the piano and control unit and there
are no 1/4" input / output jacks on the control unit. Instead, there are
1/8" stereo mini jacks on the back of the headphone panel at the front. No
real problem, except I must have the DCD1 connected with a lead round to
the front of the piano, and the speakers can't plug in to the back.

Thankyou very much to all those on the list who offered advice -
especially Carol and Pianobench. One more question :) How much should the
internal memory upgrade cost for the DKC500RW, and can I fit it myself?
