You can do this using ProAudio Tracks from www.pgmusic.com (cost $29?). I did this on my computer and remember that the instructions were a bit screwy. You play a midi file on your computer soundcard at the same time using that same soundcard to record a .wav file. Then you copy the .wav file to the CD.
