Disklavier

Hi,
I am looking for 2 midi programs.
1) Program to convert midi file to sheet music.  I used Music Time 
before but it was old and doesn't work very well on WINXP. 
2) Program to scan sheet music and convert to midi.  Don't know if 
this possible.
All inputs are appreciated.
