For printing Midi, any MIDI sequencer will do it as Carol pointed 
out. If, however, the music is complex (8 staves) or you want 
printing power take a look at NotePad Plus ($24.95) by Finale 
www.codamusic.com.

Also, the music scan program that Carol mentioned is part of Finale. 
For SmartScore (formerly MusicScan) as a standalone, go to 
www.musitek.com.
