Disklavier

I have read most of the messages relating to downloading files in the 
midi format, but now I am totally confused as to how to put these 
files on a 2dd disk. I have an old 1990 mx100b disklavier from Japan. 
That's all I could afford for now. I can't play the piano myself but 
do love the sound of the acoustic piano.

Will some one please show\tell me steep by steep how to put midi 
files on to a disk to play in my disklavier.
