Hi to all, On that note of "looking to buy a Disklavier grand" I too here in Australia is looking to buy a grand but not a 6 or 7 but a smaller one to fit my budget. There is a dealer here who has offered me s DC2A for around US$21,000. It is I believe an ex-demo but it is sold with 1 year warrantee. Can any one say 1) what I need to check on that? 2) Is the price worth it ? 3) should I wait and look around a bit more and go may be a step up to the DC3A? 2) Apart form brighter sound in a bigger model, what other advantages would I get with say the next model up the DC3A Thanks Budds >From: "tillsbury2000" <charlessteadman@...> >Reply-To: disklavier@yahoogroups.com >To: disklavier@yahoogroups.com >Subject: [disklavier] Looking to buy Disklavier grand >Date: Mon, 10 Nov 2003 00:38:17 -0000 > >Hi there, > >I'm in New Zealand (with an MX100-II), looking to buy a larger grand >(either a 6A or 7A), and given the price of the US Dollar, probably >looking to buy one from over there!
