Disklavier

Hello
I have replaced my old Sony Vaio with a iBook G4
Can someone tell me what I can use in place of CakeWalk 
Home Studio to edit midi's (channel 1 for piano velocity etc) and
build play lists.

So far I have down loaded the 10.2 midiman driver for midi 1x1 USB 
adapter and found have a shareware program Mighty MIDI that I can 
play midi's on my Disklavier.
