Disklavier

Hello all,
I am a starter (getting DU1A upright tomorrow), and have a question 
what I don't understand:

Is it true I need a programm (like Cakewalk Homestudio?? or other?) 
in which I can easily convert midi file to Yamaha disklavier format?
I am not a computer wizzard, so I need a comprehensible programm. And 
won't need complex extra's to compose my own midifiles. Also is it 
with this program possible to just copy the files to a floppy, 
because on my PC now I cannot read the yamaha floppies.

Could someone please help me how oto proceed making my own readable 
disklavier floppies?
