Disklavier

Hello, I'm pretty new to the Disklavier.  I just started to download
midi files and convert them to e-seq format. 
 All the midi files from the group download work  fine,
but when I download a piano midi file from a different site it
only plays  using the synthesizer.   I tried using pro-tools to 
change the type of piano but  that didn't help.  What should I do?
