Yep, it's full alright. I have three wonderful volunteers working on the job, but it will take a little while. Plan is to completely restructure the directory, move all url's to the bookmark section, zip up all midis into logical groups, delete duplicates and most important, delete poor quality files. Here's what everyone can do now that will create some immediate relief: Nominate lousy or inappropriate files for deletion. If no one makes a case to save it, we will delete it quickly. By inappropriate I mean pre-1925 ragtime and classical music readily available elsewhere on the web (provide a bookmark instead). It would also include heavily orchestrated files that are not particularly piano centric. By lousy, I am thinking of crudely sequenced or scanned pieces. Beautifully hand played stuff by the likes of Doug McKenzie, Kendell Healy, and Gary Lloyd are what we really want to make room for. So lets hear you vote for what should go. -----Original Message----- From: midi_magic2000 [mailto:magic_midi@...] Sent: Wednesday, December 24, 2003 10:23 AM To: disklavier@yahoogroups.com Subject: [disklavier] Files Area Full Hi I just tried to upload two midi files but was told the site was full.
