Very nice work Carol, thanks.
I had some problems to download it, but finaly I have it.

The photos and diagrams were really needed.
A good reference not only for newbies but for most of us.

Another issue.
Had you noticed that in your midi files section in the Ragtime and 
Novelty Piano MIDIs page the file "Kitten on the Keys" is 
realy "Dizzy Fingers"?
Is a great MIDI piano version, but is not Kitten on the Keys.
