I don't believe Carol is right! There are a few dealers in Southern California. My husband bouight a DC1A for a lot less than any other dealer would agree to. The set-up went well, and the service is great. After a week I noticed what I thought was damage, I called and that day the service man called to set-up and appointment. It turned out to be glue and easily removable. I believe all Yamaha dealers will provide good service and some are willing to work on volume rather than mark-up. Wording, spelling and grammer does not make a smart consumer, effort does.
