Disklavier

Hello,

I used to have a Dampp-Chaser installed on my Yamaha DG1R grand 
piano, however, the visiting technician took it away saying that the 
device did not work the way it was supposed to.

I am thinking of putting it back, however, I cannot find several 
needed parts.
For example, the humidifier, plastic tubing, and light panel. 
Can I buy these parts separately or are they only sold as a set? In
addition, can I download the installation instructions, and if not, 
can someone send me a copy of them? What are the Humidifier Pads for?
